Key Account Manager – Fragrance Division

About the role

The Key Account Manager will be responsible for driving business growth and strengthening relationships with strategic customers in the Fragrance Division. Reporting to the Regional Vice President, the role contributes directly to the ambition of reaching €20 million in turnover by 2030 and acts as the main interface between customers and internal teams.

Key responsibilities

• Lead development of the top 10 key accounts, winning new projects and ensuring professional project management across all stakeholders.
• Maintain long‑term customer relationships through regular visits in Türkiye and representation at exhibitions and international sales meetings.
• Develop a proactive briefing pipeline across categories such as laundry, dish, surface care, shampoo, deodorant and body wash.
• Anticipate customer needs and create winning fragrance solutions, collaborating with R&D and Business Units to introduce new technologies.
• Work closely with R&D, Business Units, Consumer & Market Insights, Supply Chain and local teams to ensure seamless project execution.
• Act as a bridge between commercial and technical teams, translating customer requirements into actionable solutions.
• Initiate and manage CX projects for incoming briefs, monitor monthly sales performance, budgets, forecasts and pricing.
• Prepare and deliver business review presentations and support the creation of tailored customer presentations.
