Key Account Manager – Istanbul

About the role

Kenvue is seeking a National Key Account Manager to lead strategic account initiatives across Turkey. Based in Istanbul, you will work in a hybrid setting, collaborating with cross‑functional teams to grow sales, strengthen partnerships, and enhance the presence of iconic consumer health brands.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and execute strategic plans for national key accounts aligned with business objectives.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with customers at commercial and operational levels.
• Negotiate trade terms, annual agreements and ensure contract compliance.
• Lead a team of Field Executives to achieve merchandising, visibility and category management goals.
• Align internal and external stakeholders to create win‑win partnerships.
• Monitor sales performance, analyse data and identify growth opportunities.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing or a related field.
• Minimum 5 years of experience in Key Account Management, preferably in FMCG or consumer health care.
• Proven ability to negotiate, manage customer relationships and execute account strategies.
