Key Account Manager

About the role

AloTech is expanding its Turkey sales team and seeks a Key Account Manager to build long‑term, strategic partnerships with enterprise customers. The role focuses on B2B SaaS sales and account management for a cloud‑native contact centre platform.

Key responsibilities

• Manage a portfolio of enterprise customers, driving revenue growth through upsell and cross‑sell.
• Develop new business by targeting enterprise prospects in key industries.
• Build trusted relationships with C‑level decision makers and contact‑center leaders.
• Collaborate with solution/pre‑sales and customer‑success teams on technical details and implementation.
• Lead proposal preparation, RFI/RFP processes, pricing and contract negotiations.
• Maintain account plans, pipeline forecasts and sales reports in the CRM.
• Oversee renewal processes and minimise churn.
• Monitor market and competitor trends and relay customer feedback to product teams.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field.
• Minimum 5 years of enterprise sales or key account management experience in B2B software, SaaS, CCaaS or telecom.
• Proven record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.
• Experience managing long, multi‑stakeholder enterprise sales cycles.
• Strong presentation and negotiation skills with senior executives.
• Good command of English.

Required skills

• Hands‑on experience with CRM tools.
• Knowledge of subscription‑based business models and SaaS metrics (ARR, MRR, churn, NRR).
