Key Account Manager

About the role

Dr. Oetker is looking for a proactive Key Account Manager to lead the NKA & LKA channel sales in Istanbul. You will shape the future of our FMCG portfolio by managing key retail partners and driving profitable growth.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and execute annual account plans, negotiate agreements and monitor their implementation.
• Coordinate sales, merchandising, logistics and finance teams to ensure product availability and optimal promotion.
• Analyse sales data, manage budgets and report KPI performance to senior management.
• Maintain strong relationships with key accounts such as Migros, Carrefour and File, and conduct regular field visits.

Required profile

• Bachelor's degree in Administrative Sciences, Engineering or related field.
• Minimum 5 years of sales experience in FMCG or retail, with proven key‑account management.
• Team‑leadership experience and ability to travel regularly.
• Fluent in English, military service completed for male candidates.

Required skills

• Advanced proficiency in MS Excel.
• Advanced proficiency in PowerPoint.
