Key Account Manager – Retail Chains

About the role

Kozmoklinik A.Ş., a leading premium cosmetics and personal care company, is seeking an experienced Key Account Manager to grow its retail chain business in Turkey. The role focuses on managing relationships with national retailers, driving sales growth, and launching new products across key accounts.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and maintain commercial relationships with national retail chains such as Gratis, Rossmann, Watsons, CarrefourSA, Migros, and similar accounts.
• Increase sales volume and profitability within existing accounts through strategic initiatives.
• Lead new product listing projects from negotiation to execution.
• Design and implement strategies to improve in‑store sales performance of current product lines.
• Identify and develop new business opportunities with local and national retailers, expanding the company’s retail portfolio.
• Coordinate promotional activities, shelf visibility, displays, and merchandising projects.
• Achieve sales targets and prepare regular performance reports.
• Build long‑term strategic partnerships with key retail customers.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree.
• Proven experience in Key Account Management within FMCG, cosmetics, beauty, or personal care sectors.
• Previous work with major retail chains (e.g., Gratis, Rossmann, Watsons, CarrefourSA, Migros) is highly preferred.
• Strong negotiation and relationship‑management abilities.
• Commercially driven with excellent business‑development capabilities.
• Valid driver’s license and willingness to travel.
• Preferably residing on the Asian side of Istanbul.

• Proficiency in Microsoft Office.
