Key Account Sales Representative

About the role

The position is based in Istanbul, Turkey and focuses on driving sales for the PMLS product line within public and private key hospitals. You will develop and execute account strategies that align with customer priorities and contribute to the company’s growth targets.

Key responsibilities

• Achieve financial targets through effective business planning and execution.
• Develop account strategies and sales plans tailored to key hospital customers.
• Prioritize and manage channel sales, monitor accounts, and strengthen relationships with decision‑makers.
• Identify customer needs, create value propositions, and respond proactively to demands.
• Track market trends and competitor activity, providing insights for counter‑strategies.
• Collaborate with marketing and service teams to improve capture rate and customer satisfaction.

Required profile

• Minimum 2 years of sales experience in the healthcare industry; 4 years preferred.
• Experience with multinational companies is a plus.
• Ability to multitask, build reports at all organizational levels, and work in a matrix environment.
• Strong cross‑cultural communication skills and eagerness to work in an international, cross‑functional setting.

Required skills

• Knowledge of patient monitors, ventilators, and anesthesia devices.
• Proven sales experience in the healthcare sector.
