About the role
Join the hospitality team at DoubleTree by Hilton Istanbul Gayrettepe as a Kitchen Porter. You will keep the kitchen and dining areas spotless while contributing to memorable guest experiences.
Key responsibilities
- Clean all chinaware, silverware, cooking utensils, pots and pans, and polish silver.
- Monitor and replenish stock levels to ensure seamless service.
- Maintain overall kitchen cleanliness, including mopping and waste removal.
- Prepare and set up clean serviceware for banquets and functions.
- Follow health and safety protocols, handling hazardous substances safely.
- Report any hazards or equipment issues to the supervisor promptly.
- Train and mentor new team members to strengthen performance.
Required profile
