Labor Relations & HR Administration Team Leader

About the role

Yazaki is seeking a Labor Relations & HR Administration Team Leader for its Gemlik plant in Bursa. The role ensures compliance with labor law, supports union relations, and oversees the full employee lifecycle while driving HR data‑driven initiatives.

Key responsibilities

• Ensure full compliance with Labor Law and local regulations across all HR operations.
• Support union relations and collective bargaining processes where applicable.
• Oversee end‑to‑end onboarding and off‑boarding to deliver a seamless employee experience.
• Maintain HRIS integrity, manage data entry, system updates and benefits administration, including health insurance.
• Design and coordinate Learning & Development programs aligned with company strategy and track their effectiveness.
• Lead core talent processes such as talent acquisition, growth, and performance management.
• Track and analyse HR metrics to develop data‑driven action plans.
• Drive employee relations, culture and well‑being initiatives and support CSR projects.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Industrial Engineering, Psychology, Labor Economics or related field.
• 8–10 years progressive HR experience with a proven leadership track record.
• Deep understanding of comprehensive HR practices, governance frameworks and data‑driven decision making.
• Excellent English communication skills and ability to work in a global environment.
• Willingness to reside in or relocate to Bursa.

Required skills

• Advanced MS Office proficiency, especially Excel for complex reporting.
• Experience with HRIS platforms and benefits administration.
• HR data analytics capability.
