Lawyer – Dual Turkish & EU Citizenship

About the role
Karub Holding seeks a qualified lawyer holding both Turkish and EU citizenship to manage legal affairs across its operations in Turkey and Europe.
Key responsibilities
- Manage legal affairs of the holding and its group companies in Turkey and Europe.
- Oversee contract and compliance matters for the London office and European supplier network.
- Draft, review and negotiate contracts in Turkish and English.
- Coordinate with business partners, institutions and law firms across Europe.
- Provide legal advice on EU regulations, company formations and investment processes.
- Guide the company on compliance, KVKK/GDPR and commercial regulations.
- Monitor litigation and dispute resolution processes.
Required profile
- Law degree.
- Dual citizenship: Turkish and an EU member state.
- Advanced proficiency in English and Turkish; French is a plus.
- Experience in commercial, corporate and EU law.
- Strong communication skills and solution‑oriented mindset.
- Willingness to travel domestically and internationally.
