Lead Internal Auditor

About the role

We are looking for a Lead Internal Auditor to join Colin's, a multinational retail chain with over 600 stores in 24 countries. The role will drive risk‑based internal audit activities, ensure robust internal controls and support corporate governance across the organization.

Key responsibilities

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Economics, Finance or related field.
• Professional audit certifications such as CPA, CIA, CISA, CRMA or equivalent.
• Minimum 12 years of audit experience, including Big 4 and internal audit functions in holding/group companies.
• Experience in retail, manufacturing or multi‑site organizations is preferred.
• Strong knowledge of COSO framework, IIA Standards and risk management methodologies.

Required skills

• Proficiency with ERP systems.
• Advanced use of MS Office applications.
