Lead Mobile Developer

About the role

Orema Yazılım is seeking a Mobile Team Lead to head the mobile team for the Kipkip project, which has moved from R&D to productization. The role involves setting technical direction, designing architecture for iOS and Android apps, and building the team.

Key responsibilities

• Lead and grow the mobile team, including hiring and mentoring.
• Design and own the architecture of iOS (Swift) and Android (Kotlin) applications.
• Stay hands‑on with code, guide critical technical decisions, and establish code review, testing, CI/CD, and release processes.
• Manage App Store and Google Play releases and collaborate with backend, DevOps, and security teams.

Required profile

• Turkish citizenship.
• At least 8 years of mobile development experience, with 2+ years as a technical or team lead.
• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Engineering, Software Engineering or a related field.

Required skills

• Production experience with React Native and native development (iOS Swift, Android Kotlin).
• Ability to create native modules and UI components for React Native.
• Knowledge of modular architecture, dependency management, offline operation and performance optimization.
• Strong mobile security expertise (Keychain, Android Keystore, certificate pinning, OWASP MASVS).
• Experience with automated testing and CI/CD tools such as Fastlane, GitHub Actions or Bitrise.
