Lead User Acquisition Manager (Google Ads)

About the role

Codeway is looking for a Lead User Acquisition Manager to own and scale the acquisition of users for its mobile products through Google Ads. You will be responsible for the full lifecycle of campaigns, from strategy and creative development to performance analysis and optimisation, working closely with product, creative and external partners.

Key responsibilities

• Own end‑to‑end user acquisition for web and mobile products, defining strategy and execution plans.
• Develop, test and iterate ad creatives, generate hypotheses and provide feedback to creative teams.
• Manage and optimise campaigns across Google Search, Display, YouTube and other ad networks.
• Build and maintain relationships with agencies, global ad network teams and other external partners.
• Design and monitor BI dashboards to track KPIs, analyse performance and drive data‑led decisions.
• Collaborate with product teams to understand user motivations and shape monetisation strategies.
• Identify and execute growth‑hacking initiatives that go beyond traditional performance marketing.

Required profile

• 4+ years of hands‑on performance marketing experience, preferably in mobile app acquisition.
• Proven track record of managing Google Ads Search campaigns and delivering measurable growth.
• Strong analytical mindset with the ability to translate data into actionable insights.
• Excellent communication and presentation skills, comfortable working with cross‑functional teams.
• Self‑starter attitude, comfortable with experimentation and learning from failure.
