Leadership Development Executive

About the role

As a Leadership Development Executive at Migros, you will shape learning journeys that empower employees to grow their skills and drive the company’s digital transformation. You will work closely with business units to identify training needs and design impactful development programs.

Key responsibilities

• Improve data acquisition tools to capture education needs.
• Identify executive, behavioral and personal development requirements.
• Plan and coordinate education and improvement processes aligned with identified needs.
• Design digital‑focused learning content supporting the company’s transformation.
• Prepare comprehensive training plans using internal and external resources.
• Deliver expertise‑related training and manage associated documentation.
• Develop, implement and monitor measurement and evaluation tools for training programs.
• Support project team members on the company’s agenda and monitor progress.

Required profile

• Graduate in Industrial Engineering, Business Management or related fields.
• Experience in education and development (needs analysis, design, administration, assessments).
• Background in leadership, self‑improvement and education program design.
• Advanced English proficiency.
• Familiarity with educational technologies, methods and trends.
• Open to continuous improvement, adaptable to change.
• Strong communication and presentation abilities.
• Excellent planning and organizational skills.
