Learning & Development Specialist

About the role

Martur Fompak manufactures and supplies seating systems, vehicle interiors and automotive textiles, and is expanding its in-car cockpit solutions. It is looking for a Learning & Development Specialist in Bursa who will work with HRBPs and managers to build and run training programmes, measure their results and support continuous learning.

Key responsibilities

• Work with HRBPs and managers on training needs analysis and prioritisation aligned with company and department strategies
• Analyse internal and external trainings, cooperate with internal trainers and training providers, and improve the internal trainer development process
• Prepare and monitor the training budget and the training plan, organisation, documentation and invoices
• Design or develop training programmes using internal and external resources, choosing methods and tools suited to the needs
• Define measurement and evaluation metrics, report results and create action plans
• Run a communication strategy for training programmes and manage the technical competencies process
• Introduce improvements and new projects to make training more effective, digitise the process and create a continuous learning environment

Required profile

• Bachelor's degree in Industrial Engineering, Business Administration, Human Resources, Psychology or a related field
• At least 2 years of experience in Learning & Development, including training needs analysis, programme design, implementation, measurement and evaluation
• Fluent English, written and spoken
• Resides in Bursa or is willing to relocate there

Required skills

• Proficiency in MS Office
• Preferred: experience with SAP SuccessFactors
• Strong communication, facilitation, presentation and planning skills
