LED Operator – Live Entertainment

About the role

Join the Entertainment team at Mondaine de Pariso Istanbul as an LED Operator, responsible for delivering flawless visual experiences during live performances, resident DJ shows, and special events. You will work closely with artists, stage managers, and technical staff to ensure every cue is executed perfectly.

Key responsibilities

• Operate the main stage LED wall and the piano‑integrated LED display during live shows.
• Execute show cues accurately according to the production timeline.
• Coordinate the rotating piano platform at designated moments.
• Monitor LED system performance before, during, and after each event.
• Conduct routine inspections, basic maintenance, and minor troubleshooting of LED equipment.
• Collaborate with performers, DJs, stage managers, and the technical team to achieve seamless entertainment delivery.

Required profile

• Fundamental knowledge of video systems, installations, switchers, and cabling.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Windows and basic computer/network troubleshooting.
• Experience setting up, operating, and maintaining LED walls.
• Previous work on live shows, concerts, or entertainment productions.
• Good command of spoken and written English.
• Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and public holidays.
• Strong attention to detail and ability to perform under pressure.
