Legal and Compliance Executive (Outsource)

About the role

The Legal and Compliance Executive will support Pernod Ricard in ensuring that all business activities comply with competition, data‑privacy, intellectual‑property and labor laws. Reporting to the Legal Director, the role combines advisory work, contract management and the development of compliance frameworks across the organization.

Key responsibilities

• Provide expert guidance on competition law and assess applicable regulations for commercial activities.
• Draft, review and negotiate supplier, service and partnership agreements.
• Support dispute resolution, litigation management and coordinate external counsel when needed.
• Design, implement and monitor compliance management systems, conduct regular audits and corrective actions.
• Advise on data‑privacy, intellectual‑property and employment law matters, ensuring policies stay current with legislative changes.
• Communicate complex legal information to internal stakeholders and deliver training on compliance topics.

Required profile

• Legal qualification equivalent to a law degree.
• Minimum 5 years of corporate legal experience, preferably in a multinational environment.
• Strong analytical, problem‑solving and communication skills.
• Ability to work collaboratively across diverse teams and manage multiple priorities.
