About the role
We are seeking a qualified lawyer to join our team as an Associate, focusing on corporate and M&A matters. The role involves supporting due‑diligence projects and providing legal advice on a variety of corporate transactions.
Key responsibilities
- Assist on due‑diligence assignments for capital markets and finance transactions.
- Prepare and review corporate documents such as general assembly minutes, board resolutions, capital increase paperwork, merger and de‑merger agreements.
- Provide day‑to‑day legal advice on corporate governance, establishment processes, and other routine corporate matters.
- Monitor and follow up on relevant legislation affecting the firm’s clients.
Required profile
- Qualified lawyer with 3‑5 years of relevant experience.
- Fluent in spoken and written English at a high business level.
- Strong ability to prioritize projects and adapt quickly to new challenges.
- Excellent interpersonal skills and attention to detail.
- Team‑oriented, curious, open‑minded and comfortable with technology.
