Legal Counsel Specialist

About the role

We are seeking a Specialist – Legal Counsel to join Beko’s Legal & Compliance Department in Istanbul. The role offers the chance to work on diverse legal matters, support business units, and contribute to the company’s sustainable growth.

Key responsibilities

• Conduct legal research and provide counsel on questions and issues raised by business units.
• Prepare, review, and negotiate contracts and related documents covering trade, commercial, financial, and operational matters.
• Identify, analyse, and communicate legal risks and implications to protect the organization’s interests.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Law.
• Minimum 2 years of experience in a reputable law firm or a national/multinational company.
• Excellent verbal and written English skills.
• No travel restrictions and ability to work independently on assigned projects.
• Flexibility, openness to diverse perspectives, and strong teamwork mindset.
