Level Designer for Puzzle Games

About the role

We are seeking a Level Designer to craft engaging puzzle experiences for our mobile titles. You will create, test, and polish levels that deliver satisfying "aha!" moments while maintaining a smooth difficulty curve.

Key responsibilities

• Design, build, and iterate high‑quality puzzle levels from concept to final polish using Unity and internal tools.
• Map player journeys across hundreds of levels, balancing easy wins with challenging moments.
• Collaborate with artists and developers to ensure visual clarity and bug‑free mechanics.
• Analyze live level performance data, re‑balance levels, and support Live Ops to improve retention.

Required profile

• 3+ years of professional mobile game level design experience, preferably in Puzzle, Match‑3, or Blast genres.
• Strong analytical mindset with ability to use churn and drop‑off data to adjust difficulty.
• Fluent English, both written and spoken.

Required skills

• Proficiency with Unity.
• Experience using proprietary level editors or tile‑based tools.
