Levi's Sales Consultant – Beyoğlu

About the role

Levi Strauss & Co. is seeking a sales consultant for its Beyoğlu store in Istanbul. Reporting to the Store Manager, you will deliver an exceptional customer experience through styling, sales, and store operations.

Key responsibilities

• Suggest looks that incorporate the latest trends and current promotions, aligned with Levi’s service approach.
• Promote the Levi’s omni‑experience by engaging consumers with the Red Tab Loyalty program.
• Resolve consumer concerns in line with company policy and ensure satisfaction.
• Handle cash, merchandise, shipment processing, floor set, markdowns, and replenishment while maintaining standards.
• Perform store procedures in compliance with Levi’s policies and directives from store management.

Required profile

• Fashion‑savvy with an interest in current trends.
• Enjoys a busy environment and can juggle multiple tasks.
• Available to work a flexible schedule, including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
• Physically able to lift up to 40 lb and stand, walk, kneel, squat, bend, reach overhead, and climb ladders.
• Reliable transportation and at least 16 years of age.
