Line Lead – Manufacturing Operations

About the role

Lead the assigned production line(s) at PMI’s İzmir‑Torbalı manufacturing site, taking end‑to‑end ownership for safety, quality, delivery, cost and team morale. Drive sustainable operational performance and turn challenges into measurable improvements.

Key responsibilities

• Ensure production plan adherence and deliver business results across safety, quality, delivery, cost and morale.
• Maintain a safe, high‑quality, zero‑loss environment by complying with PMI and legal requirements and partnering with Quality and other functions.
• Eliminate operational losses in uptime, waste, yield, overtime, maintenance, utilities and environmental performance.
• Build and develop an autonomous, high‑performing team, coaching ownership, technical capabilities, digital maturity and leadership.
• Apply OPEN+ tools through a Learn‑Do‑Teach approach and promote continuous improvement and knowledge sharing.

Required profile

• University degree in Mechanical, Electrical/Electronics, Industrial, Chemical or related engineering.
• At least 5 years of experience in a manufacturing or industrial environment.
• Proven people‑management experience leading production teams.
• Strong understanding of production processes, operational performance and loss elimination.
• Fluent in English (written and spoken).
