Logistics Operations Assistant

About the role

We are seeking a Logistics Operations Assistant to join Mavi’s Logistics Operations Team at our Çayırova/Gebze warehouse. In this role you will support the daily flow of shipments, coordinate with 3PL partners and ensure smooth communication between the warehouse and carriers.

Key responsibilities

• Monitor daily performance of logistics service providers and carriers, including dispatch, delivery and return collection.
• Coordinate carrier operations for B2C e‑commerce and B2B distribution shipments.
• Track SLA compliance, KPIs and prepare operational reports.
• Facilitate communication and workflow between warehouse operations and logistics partners.
• Manage end‑to‑end cargo claim and compensation processes, investigate root causes and propose improvements.
• Proactively address delayed or undelivered shipments and work with Customer Service to resolve logistics‑related issues.
• Review freight invoice accuracy and support invoice approval.
• Identify operational issues in WMS and carrier integration systems and liaise with IT for resolution.

Required profile

• Graduate of a relevant university department.
• At least a long‑term internship or 1 year of experience in a similar logistics role.
• Collaborative team player with strong reporting and follow‑up abilities.
• Solution‑ and result‑oriented mindset.

Required skills

• Proficiency in MS Office applications.
