Logistics Operations Manager

About the role

Arvato Logistics, a global leader in supply‑chain and e‑commerce services, is seeking a Logistics Operations Manager to oversee inbound and outbound activities at its Istanbul‑Kocaeli hub. The role combines strategic planning, team leadership and close collaboration with customers to ensure efficient warehouse operations.

Key responsibilities

• Plan and optimise inbound and outbound logistics processes.
• Track and achieve capacity and productivity targets.
• Lead, coach and develop inbound and outbound teams.
• Coordinate daily and weekly meetings with customers to monitor production capacity transfers.
• Prepare and monitor production budgets and project financial balances.
• Ensure accurate monitoring of income and expenditure for assigned projects.

Required profile

• University degree, preferably in Engineering.
• Minimum 5 years of experience in logistics, ideally within e‑commerce.
• Strong interpersonal, communication and problem‑solving abilities.
• Proven experience in field‑force management.
• Fluent written and spoken English.
• Ability to thrive in a fast‑paced, dynamic environment.
• Willingness to live on the Anatolian side of Istanbul or in Kocaeli.

Required skills

• Advanced proficiency with MS Office applications.
