Logistics Operations Responsible

About the role

We are seeking a Logistics Operations Responsible to lead and optimise our warehouse functions, ensuring seamless inbound, outbound, returns, product care and customer experience processes. The role is based in Istanbul and offers the chance to work in a dynamic, fast‑paced e‑commerce environment.

Key responsibilities

• Plan and coordinate inbound, outbound, return, product care and customer experience workflows.
• Monitor and achieve capacity and productivity targets.
• Manage and develop the logistics team across all operational areas.
• Track production capacity transfers with customers during daily and weekly meetings.
• Oversee production budgeting and financial balances for assigned projects.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in a related field.
• Minimum 3 years of experience in warehouse operations, preferably within e‑commerce.
• Proven experience in picking, shipping, inbound/outbound handling and stock management.
• Strong communication skills in English (written and verbal).
• Ability to work shifts and adapt to a fast‑moving environment.
• Residence in or willingness to relocate to the Anatolian side of Istanbul or Kocaeli.
• Completed mandatory military service for male candidates.

Required skills

• Advanced proficiency with MS Office applications.
• Fluent English language skills.
