Logistics Specialist

About the role

We are looking for a Logistics Specialist to manage end‑to‑end logistics processes for both sales and purchase activities. The role involves coordinating with container lines, hauliers, forwarders and agents while ensuring timely delivery to customers or warehouses.

Key responsibilities

• Create and monitor logistics orders in SAP from purchase decision to final delivery.
• Plan payments and transportation according to purchasing conditions.
• Generate customer order forms and track them through to delivery.
• Identify cost‑effective freight options based on price and performance.
• Coordinate activities with ports, terminals, customs, warehouses and forwarders.
• Prepare and dispatch all required documentation related to orders.
• Organize loading processes and keep customers informed from dispatch to receipt.
• Maintain orderly and accurate archiving of all logistics files.

Required profile

• Minimum 3 years of experience in logistics operations.
• Bachelor’s degree in Logistics, Business Administration or related field preferred.
• Strong command of English for communication with international partners.
• Ability to work collaboratively in a team and adapt to innovations.
• Male candidates must have completed mandatory military service.

Required skills

• Proficiency in MS Office applications.
• Hands‑on experience with SAP for logistics management.
