About the role
Bosch Group invites you to shape beneficial technologies with your ideas. As a Maintenance Engineer you will support electrical and mechanical maintenance of machines and equipment at our Manisa plant, contributing to mobility, consumer goods, industrial and energy solutions worldwide. The role combines planned and unplanned maintenance, production transfer support, and technical improvement initiatives.
Key responsibilities
- Plan and execute electrical and mechanical preventive and corrective maintenance for machines and equipment.
- Participate in production transfer projects focusing on the maintenance of new machinery.
- Take an active role in machine construction and revision activities.
- Manage spare parts inventory and procurement.
- Lead problem‑solving and technical improvement initiatives.
Required profile
- University degree in Electrical‑Electronics Engineering or Mechatronics Engineering.
- Minimum 2 years of relevant maintenance experience.
- Fluent in English.
- Strong analytical thinking and ability to work under stressful conditions.
