Maintenance Engineer

About the role

Kraft Heinz Turkey is seeking a Maintenance Engineer to join its Maintenance team at the Susurluk production plant. You will work closely with the Maintenance & Utilities Manager and a high‑performing team to ensure reliable operation of all machinery and auxiliary facilities.

Key responsibilities

• Execute breakdown, predictive, preventive and planned maintenance activities and record all actions.
• Coordinate maintenance work with the production department and ensure timely reporting.
• Implement maintenance plans and annual revisions, driving continuous improvement.
• Lead training and development initiatives for the maintenance team to boost productivity and safety.
• Manage spare‑parts procurement, evaluate offers, and create purchase requests.
• Install and commission new lines or machines and oversee auxiliary facilities such as steam boilers and air compressors.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Mechatronics, Electrical & Electronics Engineering, Mechanical Engineering or a related field.
• At least 1 year of hands‑on maintenance experience in an industrial environment.
• Knowledge of mechanical elements, fittings, sealing parts, root‑cause analysis, 7D problem solving and TPM.
• Experience with spare‑parts warehouse management and auxiliary equipment.
• Proficiency in English.
