Maintenance Specialist (Senior Site Activation Coordinator)

About the role

IQVIA's Global Site Activation Team activates sites so that patients enrolled in clinical trials have access to safe and effective medication. As a Senior Site Activation Coordinator in Istanbul (hybrid), you will carry out site activation and maintenance tasks at country level, under general supervision, in line with local and international regulations, SOPs, project requirements and budgetary guidelines.

Key responsibilities

• Perform feasibility, site activation and maintenance activities for assigned studies at investigative sites, working closely with the Site Activation Manager, the Project Management team and other departments.
• Review documents for completeness, consistency and accuracy, then prepare site documents and track their progress, approvals and execution, including questionnaires, CDAs, regulatory and ethics documents, Informed Consent Forms and Investigator Pack releases.
• Support the updating and maintenance of internal systems, databases, tracking tools, timelines and project plans with accurate, complete project-specific information.

Required profile

• Bachelor's degree in Life Sciences or a related field.
• At least 2 years of work experience, including 1+ year in healthcare or a similar field.
• Fluent Turkish and English.
• Good interpersonal, communication and organisational skills to build effective working relationships with colleagues, managers and sponsors.
• Ability to work on multiple projects.
