Major Account Manager

About the role

We are seeking a Major Account Manager to join Ricoh Turkey’s sales team. The role focuses on building long‑term relationships with key accounts, promoting Ricoh’s technology and printing solutions, and driving revenue growth across the Turkish market.

Key responsibilities

• Establish and nurture strong, long‑term business relationships with key‑account customers, promoting Ricoh products and services.
• Identify and acquire new customers to expand the portfolio and increase market penetration.
• Collect feedback on product and service performance, evaluate sales opportunities, and propose improvements.
• Manage the quotation process in line with Ricoh Turkey sales procedures and ensure full execution of each sale.
• Prepare pipeline and forecast reports regularly and present them to management.
• Record all sales activities accurately in the CRM system and share completed sales information with the Sales Support Unit.
• Monitor product installation processes and support the Collection Unit during post‑sales collection.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree from a reputable university.
• Minimum three years of sales experience, preferably in the technology sector.
• Experience in the printing industry is a plus.
• Upper‑Intermediate English proficiency.
• Strong analytical thinking and excellent communication skills.
• Team‑oriented, collaborative mindset.
• Valid Class B driver’s license and ability to travel as needed.
