Manager, Product Management – Payment Resiliency

About the role

Mastercard is seeking a Manager, Product Management – Payment Resiliency to lead the development and growth of authorization resilience solutions for issuers worldwide. You will work closely with regional sales, consulting services, and engineering teams to ensure a frictionless cardholder experience.

Key responsibilities

• Act as the subject‑matter expert for Payment Resiliency solutions across EEMEA.
• Partner with sales, account management, and consulting services to drive product adoption and define use‑case opportunities.
• Collaborate with Customer Success and Service Business Leads, providing guidance and recommendations.
• Develop and present business cases to secure stakeholder buy‑in for product utilization.
• Transform complex data into insights and narratives that create value for diverse stakeholders.
• Work with engineering to enhance resiliency offerings based on direct customer feedback.
• Identify issues, risks, and dependencies, and track product development progress.
• Conduct market research and competitive analysis to inform product strategy.

Required profile

• 7+ years of experience in business analytics, strategy, product management, consulting, payments, or financial services.
• Proven ability to work in fast‑paced, cross‑functional environments and deliver tangible outcomes.
• Strong leadership, communication, and stakeholder‑management skills.
• Self‑starter mindset with a focus on problem solving and value delivery.
• Familiarity with authorization decisioning concepts.
