Manager, Sales (Remote, Turkey)

About the role

SOTI, a provider of mobile and IoT device management solutions, is looking for a proven software sales team leader to lead its sales team remotely from Turkey. The role covers Renewals, Inside Sales, Business Development and Account Management, and suits someone who enjoys working with technology and driving business growth.

Key responsibilities

• Lead the sales team across Renewals, Inside Sales, Business Development and Account Management, keeping it aligned with strategy and targets.
• Coach the team on sales techniques to engage customers and partners.
• Account manage leading accounts and work with partners on a day-to-day basis.
• Help build and maintain a healthy regional partner ecosystem to grow market share in the EMM space.
• Promote and sell products to prospective customers and achieve agreed sales targets on schedule.
• Build positive business and customer relationships.
• Prepare and submit weekly, monthly and quarterly sales reports, and supply management with customer insights and competitive activity.
• Coordinate sales effort with team members and other departments, attend sales events and trainings, and travel within sales territories.
• Design and execute the regional sales strategy.

Required profile

• Experience leading a team and a proven record of sales experience.
• Highly motivated and target-driven, with a history of over-achieving.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced, team-selling environment.

Required skills

• Proficiency with Salesforce to document and track technology sales.
• Selling, communication and negotiation skills.
• Excellent knowledge of MS Office.
• Ability to create and deliver presentations tailored to audience needs.
