Managing Consultant, Strategy & Sales Enablement

About the role

The Managing Consultant, Strategy & Sales Enablement will join Mastercard Services’ Specialist Sales team in EEMEA. Reporting to the division lead, you will partner with sales, product and business development teams to define and execute strategy, manage budgets and drive performance across specialist sales groups such as Loyalty, Analytics, Identity and Security.

Key responsibilities

• Lead account planning with specialist sales and business development leads, building a unified view of accounts across platforms.
• Identify and remove cross‑line dependencies that block deal progression.
• Define priority cross‑platform use cases, develop standardized playbooks and sales motions, and drive adoption through training and enablement sessions.
• Moderate division‑wide strategy and execution discussions to ensure alignment, focus and disciplined execution.
• Partner with product and platform teams to deliver workshops, roadshows and partner activation events.
• Translate regional strategy into actionable platform plans, track execution and surface cross‑sell and upsell opportunities.
• Maintain data integrity for performance leaderboards, account planning tools and commercial decision‑making.

Required profile

• Significant experience in strategy development and sales enablement within a B2B or consulting environment.
• Strong analytical mindset with the ability to synthesize inputs from multiple stakeholders into clear, actionable formats.
• Excellent communication and facilitation skills to lead cross‑functional discussions and workshops.
• Proven ability to manage budgets, track performance metrics and drive operational efficiency.
