Manufacturing Engineer

About the role

The Manufacturing Engineer will be responsible for developing, stabilizing, and continuously improving manufacturing processes within the Resin Injection and CNC Machining departments. The role focuses on process capability, cycle time reduction, quality improvement, change management, and operational efficiency, working closely with Production, Quality, Maintenance, and Engineering teams.

Key responsibilities

• Analyze and improve process capability, repeatability, and stability; investigate variations and implement corrective actions.
• Identify and execute cycle‑time reduction opportunities, improve machine utilization, OEE, and throughput.
• Lead and coordinate process changes following change‑management procedures, assess risks, and update documentation.
• Drive quality improvements, conduct root‑cause analysis (8D, 5 Why, Fishbone), and support PFMEA, Control Plans, and process validation.
• Define process parameters, support equipment qualification, collaborate with Maintenance to improve reliability, and train operators.

Required profile

• Degree in Industrial Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, Manufacturing Engineering, Metallurgy or Materials Engineering; preferred Master’s (MBA or Engineering Management).
• Lean Six Sigma Green Belt or Black Belt certification.
• Minimum 5 years of manufacturing experience, preferably in injection molding and/or CNC machining environments.
