Market Access Partner

About the role

Roche is seeking a highly motivated Market Access Partner to develop and implement strategic market access solutions that ensure optimal patient access to its innovative products. The role works across disease areas, collaborating with internal and external stakeholders to create sustainable payment models and reimbursement offers.

Key responsibilities

• Support local strategies for patient alternative funding and access solutions, ensuring seamless field delivery.
• Develop sustainable payment models and reimbursement offers through market readiness analysis, dossier preparation, and stakeholder coordination.
• Conduct competitor price benchmarking, track regulatory price changes, and maintain internal pricing databases (Leopard, Sara).
• Respond to pharmacy and HCP inquiries regarding reimbursement terms.
• Collaborate with Patient Journey Partners and Healthcare Solutions Partners on out‑of‑pocket schemes, private insurance initiatives, and adherence programs.
• Assist in project workflow development and cross‑functional proposals in line with Symphony guidance.
• Benchmark global case studies and adapt out‑of‑pocket patient models for local implementation.
• Screen third‑party service providers, collect compliance documentation, and manage vendor agreements.
• Draft commercial account‑based proposals using standardized templates.
• Prepare data packages, disease briefs, and tracking sheets for non‑traditional institutional funding initiatives.

Required profile

• Bachelor's degree in Pharmacy, Business Administration, or a related field.
• Strong understanding of market access, reimbursement processes, and healthcare financing.
• Ability to work collaboratively with cross‑functional teams and external partners.
• Attention to compliance with competition law, Roche Code of Conduct, and relevant legislation.
