Market Manager, Europe (Muğla Hotel Partners)

About the role

Trip.com Group's Accommodation team manages the Muğla market in Turkey and is looking for a Market Manager based in Istanbul. The role grows the hotel partner portfolio, improves inventory coverage and delivers value to customers.

Key responsibilities

• Grow portfolio accounts in Muğla by finding new partners and coordinating their onboarding
• Build relationships with head office decision makers and hotel revenue teams, aligning group priorities with property needs
• Lead account reviews using booking performance, market trends and competitor insights to agree joint action plans
• Negotiate commercial agreements, rates, availability and promotions across multiple properties
• Monitor account performance and improve rate and availability competitiveness, content quality and programme participation
• Coordinate internally to resolve partner issues and support agreement implementation
• Develop joint promotional plans, coordinate participation and measure campaign performance
• Represent Trip.com in partner meetings and industry events, and work with local and global colleagues to deliver a consistent partner experience

Required profile

• 3+ years' experience in sales, account management or revenue within hospitality and tourism
• Proficiency in Turkish and English, written and spoken
• Excellent presentation and communication skills, able to engage stakeholders at all levels
• Strong relationship builder, highly organised and self-motivated, able to meet deadlines accurately
• Analytical, able to turn insights into action plans; committed to superior customer service
• Willingness to travel, as up to 25% of the time is required
