Marketing and Communications Coordinator

About the role

The Marketing and Communications Coordinator will work closely with Sales, Project Development and Management teams to drive all marketing activities, from project positioning and launches to media planning, CRM and communications.

Key responsibilities

• Prepare and manage marketing plans and budgets for projects, including positioning, target audience, key messages and communication plans.
• Plan and execute media planning and buying across digital, outdoor, print and other relevant channels.
• Manage digital marketing campaigns, lead generation, lead quality and sales conversion, as well as CRM and customer communication processes.
• Oversee the creation of websites, brochures, presentations, sales materials, campaigns and launch content.
• Lead brand management, social media, PR and corporate communications activities and coordinate the Marketing and Corporate Communications team.

Required profile

• University degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Communications or a related field.
• Relevant marketing experience in real estate, residential development or high‑value consumer sectors, with strong understanding of media planning and buying.
• Experience managing marketing and media budgets, creative/PR agencies and leading a team.
