Marketing and Public Relations Specialist

About the role

The Marketing and Public Relations Specialist will develop and execute the local PR and corporate communications strategy for Anker’s portfolio in Turkey, enhancing brand reputation and awareness.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and execute local PR and corporate communications strategy for Anker, Soundcore, eufy, and Nebula.
• Build and maintain relationships with local media, journalists, editors, and industry opinion leaders.
• Plan and manage media events, product launches, press conferences, and media briefings.
• Draft and localize press releases, media kits, Q&As, and executive talking points in Turkish and English.
• Manage day‑to‑day media inquiries and coordinate crisis communications.
• Track media coverage, monitor industry trends, and report PR effectiveness with data‑driven insights.

Required profile

• 2–5 years of PR, corporate communications or media relations experience, preferably in consumer electronics, technology, or FMCG.
• Bachelor’s degree in communications, journalism, public relations, business or related field.
• Based in, or willing to relocate to, Turkey.
• Strong local media and journalist network across business, technology and consumer outlets.
• Excellent writing and storytelling skills in Turkish and ability to localize global messaging.
• Hands‑on experience managing media events, press conferences and product launches.
• Experience handling media inquiries and crisis communications.
• Data‑driven mindset with ability to track coverage, sentiment and PR effectiveness.
• Proactive, detail‑oriented, calm under pressure with strong ownership and professional integrity.
• Fluent in Turkish (required) and English (working language).
