Marketing Artist

About the role

Zynga Turkey is seeking a Marketing Artist to shape the visual identity and creative vision of its popular mobile titles. You will work closely with the marketing team to produce high‑impact assets that drive player acquisition and engagement across global markets.

Key responsibilities

• Lead the end‑to‑end creative process, from concept development to final production of video, image and audio assets.
• Collaborate with marketing, product and analytics teams to align creatives with campaign goals and performance data.
• Monitor social media trends (TikTok, Facebook, Instagram) and competitor creatives to keep Zynga’s ads fresh and effective.
• Analyze key performance indicators such as CTR, CPC, CPI and hook performance to optimize future assets.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in art, animation, graphic design or a related field.
• Minimum 3 years of experience creating marketing art for mobile games.
• Ability to thrive in a fast‑paced environment with high‑volume, quick‑turnaround projects.

Required skills

• Advanced proficiency in After Effects, Photoshop, Premiere and the Adobe Creative Suite.
• Hands‑on experience with AI generation tools such as Kling, Veo and ElevenLabs.
• Strong intuition for music and sound‑effect integration in creative assets.
