Marketing Artist

About the role

Ancienda is looking for a Marketing Artist to join its marketing team. The role combines creativity with performance‑driven advertising, using AI tools to produce high‑converting ad creatives for a portfolio of consumer mobile apps.

Key responsibilities

• Transform product insights, briefs and performance data into eye‑catching creative concepts.
• Produce high‑performing video and static ads for paid acquisition on Meta, TikTok, Google, Apple Search Ads, LinkedIn and other social channels.
• Leverage AI tools to generate, edit, localise and optimise assets across multiple markets.
• Build AI‑native workflows that increase production speed, quality and iteration velocity.
• Continuously test new hooks, messaging, visual styles and formats based on performance data.
• Analyse winning and losing creatives, identify patterns and rapidly iterate.
• Stay ahead of AI creative tools, advertising trends and platform best practices.

Required profile

• Minimum 2 years of experience creating high‑performing creatives for B2C mobile apps or subscription products.
• Hands‑on experience as a Marketing Artist focused on performance marketing.
• Strong understanding of mobile user‑acquisition creatives and paid social advertising.
• Portfolio that showcases performance‑driven video ads.
• Excellent English communication and collaboration skills.
