Marketing Artist - Next Studio

About the role

HubX builds mobile and web apps used by millions worldwide and is Türkiye's first app studio unicorn. It is looking for a Marketing Artist to join its Next Studio, where you will build high-quality web experiences that complement products used by millions, working closely with product, design and engineering teams.

Key responsibilities

• Create high-quality, mobile-first video creatives for Next Studio marketing campaigns.
• Turn product features, user benefits and creative concepts into clear, performance-focused 9:16 ads for clicks, installs and conversions.
• Develop strong hooks, dynamic captions, motion graphics, UI elements and calls to action.
• Review performance signals such as CTR, CPA, hook rate and hold rate, and turn learnings into new creative iterations.
• Brainstorm concepts and collaborate with designers and marketers across multiple projects.
• Use AI-assisted tools and workflows to develop, adapt and refine visual and video assets while keeping a high creative and brand quality bar.

Required profile

• A portfolio is a must, ideally featuring mobile-first video ads, motion design, performance marketing creatives or short-form content.
• 1+ years of experience in motion graphic design in the gaming or non-gaming mobile apps sector.
• Curiosity or hands-on experience with AI creative tools for video, image generation, ideation or workflow automation.
• Strong creative instincts, understanding of hooks, pacing and visual storytelling, and ability to link audience behaviour and creative structure to performance outcomes.
• Ability to manage multiple projects and collaborate with cross-functional teams.

Required skills

• Adobe Premiere Pro, After Effects and Photoshop (strong knowledge required)
• Illustrator, Final Cut Pro and Figma are a plus
