Marketing Coordinator

About the role

The Marketing Coordinator will support the day‑to‑day operations of the Marketing Department at Fairmont Quasar Istanbul, assisting with commercial and promotional activities to increase hotel awareness and drive sales.

Key responsibilities

• Support the Marketing Director in preparing and executing the annual marketing plan.
• Track timelines, deadlines and action items for campaigns, events and photo/video shoots.
• Coordinate events, press visits, influencer and partner visits organized by the Marketing Department.
• Maintain up‑to‑date knowledge of the hotel’s products, services, rates and promotions.
• Collect market and competitor information and support appropriate marketing actions.
• Prepare and update marketing materials such as presentations, brochures and case studies.
• Assist with website content management and e‑commerce action plans.
• Provide office and administrative support, including managing appointments, meeting minutes and departmental records.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications or a related field (preferred).
• 1–2 years of experience in a marketing support role within the hotel industry.
• Fluent English and native‑level Turkish.
• Strong communication, coordination and project‑management abilities.

Required skills

• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
• Experience with marketing tools and campaign management.
