Marketing Director – India, Middle East, Africa & EurAsia

About the role

This senior position leads Brown-Forman’s marketing strategy across India, the Middle East, Africa and the EurAsia region. As a member of both the IMAGE and EAA Marketing Leadership Teams, you will shape portfolio growth, brand equity and long‑term direction for a diverse set of markets.

Key responsibilities

• Define and execute the regional portfolio and marketing strategy, aligning local brand plans with global priorities.
• Build and inspire a high‑performing, future‑ready marketing organization, fostering inclusion, agility and succession planning.
• Oversee the full marketing mix – brand communications, digital, advocacy and trade marketing – while encouraging innovation and experimentation.
• Serve as the primary marketing voice for the region, influencing business priorities and collaborating with Commercial, Finance, Supply Chain and HR partners.
• Guide local teams through complex growth markets, providing strategic direction for expansion projects in markets such as India and Türkiye.
• Establish performance metrics, control non‑working spend and optimise brand budget allocations to maximise ROI.

Required profile

• Extensive senior marketing leadership experience in FMCG, beverage alcohol, luxury or premium consumer goods.
• Proven ability to operate and influence within highly matrixed, international organisations.
• Demonstrated success managing marketing execution across multiple countries and varied route‑to‑market models.
• Strong commercial acumen and financial fluency, with a track record of translating consumer insights into growth.
• Advanced capability in hiring, coaching and developing multi‑disciplinary teams and agency partners.
