Marketing Executive – Brand & Communications

About the role

Join Aydınlı Group's Brand & Communications team as a Marketing Executive, driving brand strategy and integrated campaigns for leading fashion labels across Turkey and beyond.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and execute long‑term brand strategies aligned with business objectives.
• Plan and launch 360° integrated marketing campaigns across ATL, BTL, Digital, CRM, PR, Retail and Social Media.
• Analyze consumer, shopper and market insights to identify growth opportunities.
• Collaborate with Merchandising, Product, Digital, E‑commerce and Creative teams to ensure consistent brand experiences.
• Manage annual content strategies, communication calendars and creative briefs.
• Monitor brand health, campaign performance and business KPIs, recommending optimisations.
• Oversee marketing budgets to maximise ROI and present results to senior stakeholders.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Communications or related field.
• Minimum 5 years of experience in brand management within fashion retail, FMCG, lifestyle or consumer goods.
• Proven track record of managing end‑to‑end brand processes and 360° campaigns.
• Strong analytical, strategic thinking and commercial acumen.
• Excellent project, stakeholder and agency management skills.
• Fluent in English with strong presentation and storytelling abilities.
