Marketing Executive

About the role

The Marketing Executive will support the Head of Marketing in delivering the hotel’s brand story across digital and print channels. Working on‑site at Fortuna of Cappadocia, you will create visual content, manage the social media calendar, and coordinate photo and video shoots to boost the hotel’s online presence.

Key responsibilities

• Create engaging visual assets for social media, digital campaigns and hotel promotions.
• Design social media graphics and small‑scale collateral using Canva, Adobe Photoshop or Illustrator.
• Capture and edit short‑form videos and photos for Instagram, Facebook and LinkedIn, including Reels and Stories.
• Write captions and marketing copy for digital communications.
• Manage guest interactions on social platforms (automated responses, inbox, reviews, comments).
• Maintain the digital asset library and ensure brand consistency.
• Support seasonal marketing campaigns and brand initiatives.
• Organise and participate in monthly photo and video shoots.
• Assist with basic digital marketing tasks such as content optimisation and Meta platform management.

Required profile

• 2–4 years of experience in social media management, content creation or graphic design.
• Intermediate proficiency with design tools (Canva, Adobe Photoshop, Adobe Illustrator).
• Experience editing short‑form video using tools such as CapCut or similar.
• Strong eye for visual storytelling and ability to work independently.
