Marketing Lead – Dermatological Beauty Division

About the role

Join the world‑leading beauty group in a senior marketing position within the Dermatological Beauty Division, driving the CeraVe brand forward across markets. You will shape strategy, lead cross‑functional initiatives and create compelling consumer experiences.

Key responsibilities

• Build and share marketing expertise to drive commercial strategy.
• Lead marketing, advocacy, media and O+O activations for the CeraVe brand.
• Manage consumer and market insights catalogue for the skin category.
• Define strategic direction and a 3‑year marketing plan, guiding portfolio priorities.
• Own international hair‑care launches and create localized brand experiences.
• Manage budget, sales forecast, price strategy, profitability and P&L.
• Lead 360° marketing mix, digital and retail communication adaptations.
• Create and lead impactful digital campaigns with agencies and internal teams.
• Mobilise cross‑functional departments and partner agencies to develop broader business strategy.
• Craft top‑management reports, presentations and clear business recommendations.

Required profile

• University degree (minimum 4 years).
• At least 5 years of marketing experience.
• Strong analytical, problem‑solving and negotiation skills.
• Commercial experience is a plus.
• Entrepreneurial, digital‑savvy, creative and team‑player mindset.
• Growth‑oriented, results‑driven and innovative.
• Excellent communication skills in English.
