Marketing Lead

About the role

Lyrebird Studio is seeking a Marketing Lead to own and drive user acquisition and growth across its portfolio of casual mobile apps. You will work in a small, high‑performing team within an organic, flat structure, shaping strategy and execution from day one.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and lead comprehensive marketing and user acquisition strategies to drive sustainable growth.
• Plan, manage, and optimise performance‑marketing campaigns across Meta Ads, Google Ads, Apple Ads and other channels.
• Own marketing budgets, allocate resources and maximise ROI, ROAS, CPI and LTV.
• Set up and manage Mobile Measurement Partners (AppsFlyer, Adjust), including deep linking, event mapping and media partner integrations.
• Generate innovative ad concepts, collaborate with creative teams and run creative testing.
• Identify new channels, growth opportunities and emerging trends through market research and competitor analysis.
• Collaborate with product, data and creative teams to align initiatives with business objectives.
• Establish KPIs, track performance and provide actionable insights for strategic decision‑making.
• Mentor and support the marketing team, fostering a culture of experimentation and data‑driven decision‑making.

Required profile

• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Advertising, Economics, Engineering or related field.
• Minimum 5 years of experience in digital/performance marketing or user acquisition, preferably in mobile apps.
• Proven track record of successful marketing and acquisition campaigns.
• Strong analytical, problem‑solving and data‑driven decision‑making skills.
• Excellent written and verbal communication in English.
• Passion for digital products, mobile technologies and emerging marketing trends.
