Marketing Manager – ASO & ASA Specialist

About the role

We are looking for a Marketing Manager with deep ASO and ASA expertise to drive growth of our AI‑powered mobile apps used by millions worldwide. You will own end‑to‑end user acquisition, combining performance marketing, app‑store optimisation and product thinking to deliver scalable results.

Key responsibilities

• Lead and optimise multi‑channel acquisition campaigns across Google Ads, Apple Search Ads, Meta, TikTok and other platforms.
• Own ASO and ASA strategies for our app portfolio, improving visibility, conversion and acquisition performance.
• Conduct keyword research, optimise app‑store metadata and test store creatives such as screenshots and Custom Product Pages.
• Analyse performance using MMPs (AppsFlyer, Adjust) and key metrics like ROAS, LTV, retention, CTR and TTR.
• Manage the full acquisition funnel from user acquisition to subscription growth and monetisation.
• Collaborate with product, design and data teams to translate insights into better user experiences.
• Continuously test new channels, audiences, creatives and keywords to uncover scalable growth opportunities.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in a related field.
• 3+ years managing and scaling user‑acquisition budgets for iOS and Android apps.
• Hands‑on experience with ASO and Apple Search Ads.
• Proven ability to run campaigns across multiple mobile apps.
• Strong analytical skills and ability to turn data into actionable strategies.
• Excellent communication and cross‑functional collaboration skills.
• English proficiency at C1 level or above.
