Marketing Manager - FMCG Brands

About the role

Balparmak is looking for a Marketing Manager to join its headquarters in Cekmekoy. The role develops and executes marketing strategies that drive commercial growth and strengthen brand communication, working closely with cross-functional teams to turn business objectives into marketing plans and campaigns.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and execute strategic brand plans and build long-term brand and innovation strategies
• Own the P&L responsibility for assigned brands and track, analyse and report brand performance metrics
• Drive sustainable brand growth using consumer insights and market research, including analysis of market data such as Nielsen
• Collaborate with Digital Marketing teams on social media and digital campaigns
• Work with Sales, R&D, Finance and Trade Marketing teams
• Lead, coach and develop direct-report team members

Required profile

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Economics, Engineering or a related field
• Minimum 8-10 years of marketing experience in the FMCG industry
• Fluent in English
• Strong analytical, planning and cross-functional management skills, with strong influencing and communication skills
