Marketing Manager

About the role

DEVA, a leading Turkish pharmaceutical company, is looking for a Marketing Manager to develop and execute marketing strategies for its therapeutic areas.

Key responsibilities

• Develop marketing strategies and plans for the assigned therapeutic area in line with company objectives.
• Monitor implementation of strategies and ensure achievement of targets.
• Collaborate cross‑functionally to foster a productive working environment.
• Oversee product launches, profit‑margin initiatives and market dynamics to drive sales growth and increase market share.

Required profile

• University degree in Pharmacy, Chemistry, Biology, Medical Genetics, Veterinary, Medicine or Business Administration.
• Minimum 5 years product management experience in the pharmaceutical industry.
• Minimum 2 years team management experience.
• Experience in Cardiology, Internal Medicine and Endocrinology is preferred.
• Proficiency in English and a valid driver’s licence.
• Willingness to travel domestically and internationally.
• For male candidates, completion or exemption from military service.
