Marketing Manager

About the role

We are looking for a highly motivated Marketing Manager to lead the marketing efforts for TP-Link Turkey, aligning global and local business objectives.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and execute the overall marketing strategy, covering digital marketing, advertising, PR, events, and social media.
• Lead and manage the marketing team, ensuring collaboration, performance, and professional development.
• Plan, execute, and optimize digital advertising campaigns across performance marketing, display, search, and social channels.
• Collaborate with Sales and GTM teams on joint initiatives and channel growth.
• Monitor market trends, consumer behavior, and competitor activities to identify new opportunities.
• Utilize AI tools and emerging technologies to improve marketing efficiency and ROI.

Required profile

• Minimum 10 years of professional marketing experience.
• Proven experience in marketing management, team leadership, and brand management.
• Strong analytical and strategic thinking skills with ability to translate data into actionable strategies.
• Excellent communication, presentation, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
• Fluent in English, both written and spoken.
